佛山公积金政策调整：二套房公积金利率提高为同期首套房利率1.1倍

4月12日，佛山市住房公积金管理中心发出通知，从2017年4月1日起，本市第二笔住房公积金贷款的利率将上调，为同期第一笔住房公积金个人住房贷款利率的1.1倍。

根据市政府房地产市场调控工作的部署，根据《关于规范住房公积金个人住房贷款政策的通知》(靳鉴[2010]179号)和市住房公积金管理委员会第十五次会议决议的规定，我市第二笔住房公积金贷款的利率将上调，上调幅度为同期第一笔住房公积金个人住房贷款利率的1.1倍，并将于2017年4月17日实施。
